Position: Front Desk Attendant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front Desk Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all prospective and current residents, guests, and vendors. This positions plays a crucial role in providing exceptional resident services, maintaining smooth daily operations, and supporting the management and leasing teams as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents, guests, vendors, and delivery personnel in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage resident and guest access to the building
• Assist residents with on-site deliveries and package retrieval
• Organize, log, and accept packages for residents and management office staff
• Reserve amenity spaces and coordinate freight elevator scheduling for resident move-ins, move-outs, and deliveries
• Enter resident maintenance requests and work orders into the property management system
• Provide resident assistance during lockout situations by following established community procedures
• Monitor building activity and report emergencies or unusual incidents to management immediately
• Contact the management team and/or appropriate vendors in the event of emergencies, including elevator shutdowns, HVAC outages, or other building-related issues
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports as required
• Ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain clean, organized, and professional in appearance
• Provide administrative and operational support to the leasing and management teams as needed
• On weekends, assist the leasing team with resident support, tours, and general office operations

Qualifications:

• Previous front desk, concierge, hospitality, customer service, or residential property experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and property management software preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled
